Job Title:Receptionist / Administrator
Location: Teddington, South West London
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
The Position:
- Reception duties to include but not limited to:Answering phones
- Arranging bookings for meeting room
- Refreshments for meeting room
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Filtering calls to the correct department
- Dealing with post
Admin duties to include but not limited to:
- Photocopying
- Mail merges
- Invoicing
- Preparing letters
- Collating documents
- General office support for each department as and when required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- An excellent telephone manner
- Good computer skills including a working knowledge of databases and experience of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Self-motivated and the ability to deal with changing priorities on a daily basis
- Flexibility and willingness to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar
- 30 minute commute from the office
