Administrator / Receptionist

Job Title:Receptionist / Administrator

Location: Teddington, South West London

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

 

The Position:

  • Reception duties to include but not limited to:Answering phones
  • Arranging bookings for meeting room
  • Refreshments for meeting room
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries
  • Filtering calls to the correct department
  • Dealing with post

Admin duties to include but not limited to:

  • Photocopying
  • Mail merges
  • Invoicing
  • Preparing letters
  • Collating documents
  • General office support for each department as and when required

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Good computer skills including a working knowledge of databases and experience of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Self-motivated and the ability to deal with changing priorities on a daily basis
  • Flexibility and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or similar
  • 30 minute commute from the office
